How to Pick Your Photobooth Print Templates

 

One hundred per cent of our clients would say that this is the most exciting part before the event: Choosing your photobooth print templates!

 

We know you want to have gorgeous keepsakes that your guests will display on their refrigerators or keep in their drawers. Well, here’s the thing: we also want to make that happen!

 

We want to give you an experience that goes beyond the event so every step of the way - every design and detail is carefully planned and professionally prepared.

 

Here’s how you can start picking your photobooth print templates:

 
 
  • Step 1: Log in to your account. Use this sign-in link: Click here.

    Use the email address you’ve registered with us and the password you’ve chosen in the previous step.

    You will be able to access your event dashboard now. This is how it looks:

    The magic begins when you click on ‘Manage Booking’.

  • Step 2: Click on Designs.

    You will find two options here.

     Now don’t be confused.

    For the variety of options, we included two categories for you to browse. But remember: you will choose ONLY one design from either of these choices.

  • Past Events Templates. These are previous templates that we have used for our past clients. You can choose any of the templates here and customise their colours as well.

  • PBO Templates. This is a much wider catalogue of about 1,000 template designs for you to choose from.

 
 

Remember you may have two categories to check out but you need to choose only one design for your printed photos.

Each category has a ‘Design Personalization’ option where you can tell us how we can customise these templates for you. We can also design one of these templates to let you see what it looks like with your name on it! (Just let us know and we’ll prepare them for you).

  • Step 3: Wait (but not for long!)

    We will inform you once the design draft is ready.

    We get your design finalised 2 weeks before the event but if you have a last-minute change of heart, let us know as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes. There's an extra cost if we have to redesign the entire template though.

  • Step 4: All set!

    When you’re happy with how your template looks, we’ll lock it in and have it prepared for printing at your event.
